On October 19, 2015, Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc. issued a press release discussing the results for fiscal 2016 First Quarter in advance of its anticipated debt financing meetings. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
